YOUJIE / PRACTICAL GUIDE

Submit an enterprise AI request and track a bounded pilot

Turn a broad AI ambition into an assessable workflow, prepare the request fields and interpret progress states without treating submission as a purchase.

Before you start

  • Sign in and identify a contact who can confirm business rules.
  • Start with a summary; share source material after scope is agreed.

At a glance

  • Describe the current work, the bottleneck and the desired output.
  • Submitting a request does not buy a service or trigger a charge.
  • Progress labels do not replace agreed acceptance evidence.

Choose an objective

The assessment page helps you choose internal capability building, workflow integration or an initial assessment. Explain who does the work, which systems are involved and where time is lost. A complete technical architecture is not required.

Write an assessable request

The workspace asks for team, contact, email, scenario, monthly volume and a description, with acknowledgment of the information-use notice. Adapt this fictional example:

Three colleagues handle about 400 product documents each month. They copy fields from email attachments into a spreadsheet. Missing fields and repeated checks are the main problem. We want to pilot one product category and produce a standard table plus an exception list for internal review.

These figures are illustrative, not a customer case study.

Inspect the saved record

After a successful save, the page shows a request number. Records can move through new, evaluating, pilot, active and closed states, with replies and update times. Submission does not establish pricing, contract scope or a launch date, and does not automatically charge the account.

Define a bounded pilot

Choose a workflow with clear inputs and outputs. Agree on authorized samples, field accuracy, whole-result acceptance, processing time and review. Assign owners for source updates, consequential actions and exceptions. Discuss implementation and maintenance separately.

Interpret status cautiously

A pilot label does not establish acceptance; a closed label does not by itself establish success or refund eligibility. Use deliverables and agreed checks. If submission fails, refresh existing records before retrying.

Prepare the next conversation

Bring a concise account of present costs, task volume and handoffs. The workflow service page and internal capability page explain different starting points. Do not include passwords, API keys or unauthorized raw customer records in an initial request.
